D型热收缩包装袋(PVDC/PE)


D型热收缩包装袋采用高阻隔的PVDC与聚烯烃材料采用三泡法工艺经共挤吹塑而成。该产品适用于冷鲜牛、羊、猪肉的收缩包装及金枪鱼和低呼吸奶酪的收缩包装。
一、其特点如下:
1、高的氧气及水蒸汽阻隔性,氧气透过量小于20ml/m²,水蒸汽透过量小于6g/m²;
2、高的热水收缩率,在90℃热水浸泡5秒的收缩率为50%~60%;
3、好的抗污染热封效果;
4、好的强度及耐穿刺性。
二、产品型号:
D100:无骨牛、羊、猪肉的冷鲜收缩包装,金枪鱼及低呼吸奶酪的收缩包装;
D200:带骨牛、羊、猪肉的冷鲜收缩包装。
三、产品规格:
1、厚度范围:50μm~125μm;
2、膜卷长度:600m、1000m、1500m;
3、袋子长度:100mm~1000mm;
4、袋子宽度:180mm~550mm;
5、袋子封口形式:直线型、弧形、侧封型。

D series heat shrinking bag is a multilayers coextrusion material by triple bubble technology processing.It can be used for fresh beef, mutton,pork shrink packaging.and can be used for tuna,cheese shrink packaging
Its characteristics are:
1. High moisture barrier,WVTR<8g/m²;
2. High oxygen barrier,OTR<20ml/m²;
3. High shrinkage rate,MD /TD shrinkage rate is 50%~60%.(90℃ water ,5s);
4. High sealing contamination resistance;
5. High strength and abuse resistance.
Products model:
D100: can be used for   boneless fresh beef, mutton,pork ,and tuna,cheese packaging.
D200: can be used for bone-in fresh beef, mutton,pork packing.
